About KLT Properties

The strength of our team stems from a shared professionalism, and the combination of skills from diverse experiences in both construction and other business industries, in Greece and abroad.

Theodora Tsenta Boespflug, president of KLT Properties

Theodora Tsenta Boespflug,
President

Theodora earned a Bachelors in English at the University of York and a Masters in Environmental Politics from King’s College London. She has had a career in project and administrative management in both the private and public domain in London, Montreal, and Paris, including positions at McGill University and INRA, the French National Institute for Agricultural Research. Her experience spans influential think tanks and tech as much as it does real estate. In 2013, she co-founded Tweag, a tech company which grew to include branches in Paris, Zürich, London and Nicosia before a successful exit in 2022. During that time, she oversaw multiple projects to build new homes and makeovers in and around Paris and Athens.

Grigoris Nikolaou, general manager of KLT Properties

Grigoris Nikolaou, Civil Engineer,
General Manager

Grigoris earned a Bachelor in International Macroeconomics at Athens University of Economics and Business, followed by a Bachelor and Masters in Civil Engineering at University College London and Imperial College, respectively. After co-founding a profitable residential and commercial property development company in Greece in the early 2000s, in 2014 Grigoris accepted a position as a construction and then a project manager at Wade Adams Middle East, one of the top contractors in the Gulf region. During his seven years in Abu Dhabi, he successfully delivered a diverse portfolio of projects worth over 160 million USD. These included demanding engineering works – like the Barakah Nuclear Power Plant – and gave Grigoris the opportunity to lead multicultural construction teams, always delivering projects within budget, schedule, and cost. As KLT Properties General Manager, his objective is to leverage his business acumen and years of practical on-site experience to ensure a world-class standard for each project.
